During this COVID 19 lockdown period, NURTURE acted swiftly in distributing PPE to nearly 300 sanitation workers in Trichy. Also We have distributed basic relief materials to 400 families with the support of our donors and supporters.
Lock down period is really a havoc for the people living in slums who are dependent on daily wages. Covid-19 ruined their life and people are starving. Understanding the need, BHEL executives voluntarily donated for the distribution of free ration materials to these under privileged. On behalf of NURTURE and the poor beneficiaries, we thank these donors for their timely help.

NURTURE is constantly striving to help the people who are lacking the basic need of life.
The heavily populated urban areas who are leading a substandard lifestyle around Gandhi Market were identified for distribution of relief materials this time. Mr Tamilmani /BHEL has coorfinated for the distribution of relief materials in Ambedkar Nagar, Uppu Parai and Tharanallur areas.
Mr A Sivananthan /GS/NURTURE, Mr Surendar, Mr K Selvan, Mr S Sivagnanaprakasam, Mr Kathirvel and Mr M Kumar from BHEL have distributed the relief materials to 200 affected families on 10.05.2020.
Mr R Ramesh Kumar/President/NURTURE, Mr K Murugesan/Treasurer/NURTURE and Mr V Sivakumar / Advisor/NURTURE have distributed the relief materials to nearly 50 sanitary workers in BHEL on 11.05.2020.
